Every Gumitide order ships from our US fulfillment center, tied to the documented 2026 batch. Here is what to expect from checkout to delivery, and how returns work.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed and ship within one business day. Within the United States, average delivery is three to six business days depending on your location. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

Where we ship
This portal serves customers in the United States. If you are ordering from outside the US, contact support before placing an order so we can confirm whether delivery to your location is available.
Returns and refunds
Gumitide is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and we will send a return address and instructions. Once we receive your bottles, including any empties, your refund is issued to the original payment method, usually within a few business days. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right, covering return shipping in those cases. For anything else, the contact page has every way to reach us.
