This policy explains how refunds work for Gumitide orders placed through gumitideprice.com. We have tried to keep it readable. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] and a person will help.

The 60-day guarantee

Gumitide carries a 60-day money-back guarantee measured from the date of your order. If you are not satisfied within that window, you may request a refund of the product purchase price, whether the bottles are sealed, opened, or empty. We do ask that you give the product a genuine try, ideally at least 30 days, since results build gradually.

What is covered

• The purchase price of the Gumitide bottles in your order.
• Orders placed directly through this authorized portal.

What is not covered

• Original or return shipping charges, except where an order arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Purchases made through any third-party seller or marketplace, which are outside our distribution and cannot be verified or honored.
• Requests made after the 60-day window has closed.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or [email protected] with your order number and a note that you would like a refund. We will reply with a return address and simple instructions. Send the bottles back, and once received, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within three to five business days, though your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.

Digital bonuses

Any digital bonus guides included with multi-bottle bundles are yours to keep and do not need to be returned, and they do not reduce your refund.
